Summary
This chapter showed our first sample web application. We discussed how it works and how it is put together, and showed some of the key code for it. By downloading, running, and playing with the application, you should be able to get a good idea of how it works and what we consider important when writing web applications with PHP.
The following chapter moves on to a slightly more interesting web application. We will implement a web log (or blog) system where users can create entries and reply to them.
